We are located in Greenpoint with an easy 15 min drive to Manhattan and 5 min walk to the G train at Greenpoint Ave. Our clean and spacious ground floor loft has easy access with a loading gate and elevator. The space is flooded with natural light and huge south-facing windows. Our studio is cleaned daily and there will be hand sanitizer and extra masks for anyone that needs it. Set-up and break-down time are included in the hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. Cleaning and rubbish disposal is included as part of your rental, however, we are a small team, please put back equipment and clean up after your use. If space is left unclean and disorganized in an unreasonable manner, we will charge a cleaning fee of $50. ** Minimum 3hrs rental **
