2008 Olympic Bronze Medalist Tony Jeffries competed at the highest possible level as a boxer, winning 7 British titles, several multi-national titles – including a European gold medal, and a total of 106 career fights. The gym is LA’s most popular and most desired boxing fitness classes! Each of our classes is taught by world-class trainers and features proper boxing technique, 1-on-1 mitt work, bag work, and functional fitness exercises.

The Space

We actually have 2 locations. One in Sant Monica and one in Brentwood. Both are boxing gyms which includes all equipment - heavy bags, weights, med balls, treadmills, weight rooms, etc. Both locations are great for photoshoots and video shoots or to rent for larger classes/events.
