BRIGHT BROWNSTONE IN CROWN HEIGHTS

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION :) Great for photoshoots. Video shoots please read the house rules carefully. Big open kitchen nicely furnished living rooms close to the 4 express train 20 to 25 people can be comfortable in the space The space is close to a supermarket, various fast food places. IT COST EXTRA 50$/HR TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH UPSTAIRS ( THE LAST 3 PHOTOS ). Also 2 rooms upstairs are airbnb, this doesn't affect the spaces shown in the photos and I let the guests know before every shoot. It's always smooth, people come to see NY not to stay in the house so they are gone from around 9am most times earlier, until later at night. No worries, this is just an FYI.
