We offer additional grip and lighting equipment available for rent if you need it. There is a ground-level 10 ft garage door access with a freight elevator and metered parking spaces, parking lots nearby and free visitor street parking. Amenities: include the lighting house grip package, water/seltzer in the mini fridge, electrical power cables, speaker system, WiFi and more. SUM SUM Productions is a creative space focusing on photography, film and content production and a rental studio supporting creatives, youth, womxn and people of color. The space is ideal for filming interviews, product videos, headshots, teams, groups, e-commerce, product photography, portraits, fashion, modeling, etc. The working space can be rearranged to the artists' intention given permission prior to the event. There is a bathroom in the building with given code.
