Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. To put it VERY lightly: We DO NOT CUT ANY CORNERS WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING A SUPER CLEAN HOME (PRE AND POST COVID19)! WE TAKE SANITIZING & CLEANING THE HOUSE VERY SERIOUSLY!! To take it a step further, we are add an OZONE GENERATOR THAT KILL Viruses, Bacteria, Mold, Flu, and Tough Odors in hard to reach places to our cleaning ritual. Also, there will be cleaning and disinfecting products in the home during your use. We do ask that all occupants inform us if they feel ill prior to checkin or after checkout to make sure our cleaning crew and owners take extra precaution in their cleaning process and for their protection. This will not negatively impact any of our guest in way. If you have any questions or concerns about this please feel free to contact the owners.
