Please abide by the following rules to avoid disturbing neighbors: • Be quiet / avoid talking in the hallway • Keep traffic in and out of the space to a minimum • Do not stomp / lift your equipment • Do not loiter in the hallway or on the stoop outside • Wear soft-soled shoes to reduce footstep noise ~ HOUSE RULES ~ • Do not leave equipment outside of the space • Keep the door closed during the event • Removes shoes (shoe booties available) • Handle vintage pieces with care, they are not replaceable • No music, playing instruments, singing • No glitter, sequins, candles, items that can shed or drip • No smoking anywhere, fire escape included • No fog machines or similar • No pets NOTE FOR SOUND-SENSITIVE PRODUCTIONS While the space is usually very quiet, there might be occasional noises from neighbors. Please note it is NOT allowed to ask them to be quiet for the sake of the production
