The Space

Welcome to my bright and cozy home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! Inside you’ll find a 500 sqft newly renovated home featuring: -Immense natural light -Uniquely textured white tiles throughout -Kitchen with white granite countertops -Bathroom with stand-up shower and white marbled design -Breakout room, can be made available as a furnished bedroom, or unfurnished upon request (for setup, storage, changing room, meeting space, etc) -High-speed Wifi -LG 55” SmartTV -All-in-one LG washer/dryer The home is furnished with hurricane-impact windows that make it exceptionally quiet inside, you will not be bothered by street noise. It is a one-story home with direct access to the street and ample parking space, convenient for loading/unloading equipment. Outside you will find an amazing 3000sqft backyard with a magical mango tree that will have you feeling like you’re out in the woods, while just being steps away from the city! Ideal for unique production shoots or spiritual events. Patio seating is available and can be configured upon request. Note that the home is a Duplex and while you are reserving the backyard for your use, the pathway is shared, so you might see tenants passing in/out of their home. Tenants will always be informed when the space is reserved.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
