The Space

This is a beautiful wellness center and cafe that can be used for events, meetings, parties, small weddings etc. It is totally renovated building completed in 2022. Our business has the full, two floor building that includes two open studio spaces, a cafe space, three bathrooms, three smaller offices/ treatment rooms. Each space can be rented individually based on availability and both floors can be rented together or separately as well. Please inquire before booking as our schedule is constantly changing.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 and other illnesses on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use antibacterial products t to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. We are providing hand sanitizer for our guests. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, and trash can with foot pedals We ventilate the space before events Our HVAC system was installed in 2022 and has air filtration built in. While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home.

This space can be rented by room, floor, or full building depending on times and days. For events and parties our primary availability are weekend nights after 5pm. We are happy to rent for workshops, dance and yoga classes and other lower-impact needs on an hourly basis during week days. Please inquire with your details to get firmer pricing. Cleaning will be an additional fee and price varies depending on type of event and number of guests.

We can provide light bites and non alcoholic beverages through our sister business, Grounded Cafe. Alcoholic beverages and hot food would need to be provided by a caterer. For an additional fee we will provide cleaning, trash removal and photography. All furniture must be rented independent and picked up the night of the party at the end of the event or prior to 8am the next day.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
