The Space

This beautiful Mid-Century Modern photo shoot location in Los Angeles boasts bright light, sparsely decorated rooms, high ceilings, a contemporary kitchen, high-end interior design, a pool with stunning views, and natural light throughout. Built in 1958 by a famous female trailblazer architect who worked with Richard Neutra, this architectural masterpiece has been completely updated, making it the perfect location for indoor and outdoor shooting. It also features a lush backyard and perfect rooms for celebrity holding, hair and makeup/styling, etc. Don't miss the opportunity to book this amazing photo shoot location today! This true Mid Century Modern home is located in the Sherman Oaks Hills with easy 5 min. access from Ventura Blvd. Up the road from Restaurant Row/Erewhon Complex, and minutes away from Sherman Oaks Fashion Square. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location has a remote feel while being just minutes away from everything cool. We are in 'The Business' ourselves so we took great care to create a photogenic space with many areas to shoot in. Bleached hardwood floors and sparse furnishings along with tons of windows make it easy to create your own vignettes. The backyard features a new Salt Water pool with a flagstone deck and Valley views. Plenty of exterior white walls that can be used as a private outdoor studio area. The cook's kitchen/dining area feature large folding doors that allow for uninterrupted indoor/outdoor flow. A 10 foot wide Flip-Out window right above the sink gives the kitchen a very bright, airy look. There are three bedrooms and a den/TV room. The Primary bath features designer limestone walls and floor, while the rest of the bathrooms feature original Terrazzo walls/flooring. The living room and family room have large sliding glass doors that open to balcony walkways, which allow for long shots. The family room has an original 1950's stone fireplace. *House is great for photo, small-to-medium size video shoots and selective small scale events. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
