The Space

Our modern tudor home is perfect for a small production or photoshoot. Newly remodeled and featured on MyDomaine and numerous other design sites. This house caters to many different looks and shoot locations while maintaining stylistic cohesion. Tons of open street parking, accessible side gate for loading in and out of the backyard, and easy going neighbors. We have a large corner lot with amazing sun orientation that provides filtered natural light all day from the many windows. **Just added** Brand new outdoor large bonus room with concrete floors and natural light. Perfect for hair/makeup/wardrobe/talent holding/video village. We provide wifi access. *We have had many COVID safe shoots in the past few months. Everything is professionally cleaned and disinfected before and after every shoot. Large space indoor air purifier available to use during your shoot, on request.

Rate included is for up to 15 people total. If you have crew size of 16-25, there will be an additional hourly charge. Cleaning Fee: $195 per booking (not per day)
