The Space

This is thee space for your next event! Pop-up shop, Art show, meeting, party, you name it...Open concept, modern, bright, clean palate. The space has large windows, high ceilings, white walls, exposed brick, you can create your own event concept. Coffee bar area with plenty of counter space..refrigeration available. Did we mention a back yard.!...Televisions available, furniture is also available for an additional cost. The outdoor space can be rented exclusively for your brunch or the doggy park is perfect for a “doggy party” !

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

(Thank you for your mindfulness) -Current NYS mandates for large gatherings; masks when not eating or drinking, proof of vaccination for public events. For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. We ventilate the space before cleaning and its usage. We thoroughly clean our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. -If alcohol is served all participants should be 21+ years or older and minors should be accompanied by parents/legal guardians. -No blocking of exists with furniture, props, etc. -The event manager should be notified as soon as possible of any accidents or emergencies that occur on premises. -Damages to property should also be reported to event manager/host asap.
