Originally constructed in 1891 and fully renovated in 2021. The bright and spacious 8,000 square foot interior features contemporary decor while preserving original architectural charm and details. The expansive 4,500 square foot covered porch and 1,000 square foot blue stone patio offer ample outdoor space for BBQs, cocktail hours, and outdoor dining. Household features: pool, laundry, a gym, a Peloton bike, and teak sauna.
