Please understand that failure to adhere to the rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties. • No pets of any kind •This is not a party space. • Loud music prohibited. • No smoking, alcohol, weed or no illegal substances/behavior (Drugs, pornography prohibited) on property. • No firearms on property. No toy firearms or anything that looks like a firearm permitted. • No pornography • No nudity • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. • Town permits may be required and are responsibility of Guest to inquire and obtain. • Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor trash can • Front door and Deck door must be locked upon departure from the space provided. • (Number of guests must be preapproved by host(additional per/hour fees may apply if request made for larger groups). • Guests must leave house in same condition as they found it. • Guests are liable for any broken glassware, furniture, antiques. Additional costs for damages. • Host reserves the right to call law enforcement for any misconduct and there will be no Refunds if requested to leave. • Group size limited to 10 without pre-approval. • Masks must be worn at all times (talent does not wear mask while performing) • Recent Covid test required before entering • All doors must be locked upon exiting the property. • Host or Property Manager will try to be on-site for the majority of the booking. • Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner. No objects are to be discarded in sinks toilets or showers. • Guests may not touch the thermostat and alter the temperature in the apartment, but may be discussed with owner or property manager. • Stove Knobs- please leave stove knob covers on stove knobs at all times for security. Please make sure to turn knobs off when not using. Stove knobs turn ON very easily and don’t lock. • Security Deposit- $500.00 USD refundable security deposit required at booking through Host preferred method. Security Deposit will only be used for any damages. Security Deposit must be submitted prior to booking in a timely manner at the Hosts request. • Production Insurance is Required- Full production insurance covering items must be submitted to owner and property manager prior to booking and brought to the site, and any potential damage to private property of site; also including accidental insurance of production team members and actors, interviewees, etc. Insurance must be submitted prior to booking in a timely manner at the Hosts request. • Lease Agreement- Host will provide a Lease Agreement in addition to Peerspace Agreement. Lease Agreement must be signed and submitted prior to booking in a timely manner at the Hosts request. • Furniture and Decorations may be Moved- Almost all furniture and decorations can be moved with advance notice and possible additional fee. Items must be put back as found and reassembled without damage, and fixed appliances may not be moved. Additional costs for any damages.
