The Space

🔥Bright 750 sq ft south facing windows with a 15 ft high ceiling 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) 🌡HVAC system - nice temperature all the time. 👠2 Shared changing rooms in hallway 🪑Set of different chairs 🎥Basic equipment included, see below 🌈Wide range of seamless backdrops - (not included) 🚇4 min walking from Jefferson Ave subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for parking. Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio space - How to use equipment If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 2xProFoto Flash Strobes Included! Included: - 1 x Neewer Trigger RT-16 (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Strobes ProFoto d1 D500 - 2 x Profoto light stands - 1 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon - 2 x C-Stand - Sandbags If you need CYC wall pristine white please add Fresh Coat of White Paint as an Add-on. Please let me know at least 4 days in advance you need painting. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually it's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. General Rules -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time) -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No confetti, glitter, feathers, moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, fake snow, soil, sand, candle wax allowed. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100 -No heavy furniture on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -No water, liquids, glue, tape of any kind on the CYC wall/ any other walls surface. Penalty fee $200 -No standing on the CYC wall curve. Penalty Fee $200 -No pointy heels on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -Don't cut our paper backdrops. Fee $20 -Don’t lose the Fob for the Freight Elevator/Bathroom. Fee $100 -No Bulky Garbage. Bulky Items Disposal Fee $200 -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking - For groups of 10-14 attendees I can book minimum 4 hours, for groups 15+ attendees I can book minimum 8 hours
