If you didn't book it and want to use it, please let us know and we will add it after the booking. 🖼️ Wall Etiquette: Avoid wall damage; rehang art as found. 🪑 Furniture Handling: Feel free to rearrange furniture; lift, don't drag. Please leave the piano and kitchen appliances in place. 🧼 BYO Hand Towels: Bring your own hand towels. 🚫 Restricted Areas: Respect lofted spaces and bedroom closets as off-limits. 🛏️ Bedding Note: If using the bed, remember to bring your own queen-size bed sheets. 🏢 Keep everything inside the loft: No equipment or props to be left or stored outside the space on the building's hallways. 🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval. 🚭 No Smoking or Fires: Smoking and fires are strictly prohibited. 🤫 Keep It Quiet: Let's maintain a peaceful atmosphere - Do not blast loud music. 🎉 No parties are allowed in this space. 🌙 Overnight bookings (bookings finishing after 10pm and starting before 6am) need to be discussed in advance with a different rate.
