As a business owner we understand the need of relaxation and leisure, and love to throw parties and corporate events. Since we have this great rooftop space of 5000 Sq. ft which isa rare find in the area, we have had some requests from acquaintances and friends to take advantage of this spot and we were happy to see people enjoying the evening. It is something I am passionate about, both watching and helping people enjoy . We will go the extra mile to accommodate with anything we can help.

The Space

Spacious 5000 sq ft rooftop - Ideal for photo shoots, corporate parties, cocktails, lounging, or dinner with a refreshing breeze. Quiet area with a private entrance leading directly to the rooftop. A breakout room/office is available on the way up. Designated grill/food area. Hosted photo shoots, corporate parties, dinners with full event planning, and DIY events. Numerous successful cocktail/lounging events and meet-and-greets with drinks. We're here to accommodate any special requests. Security is a must for events (as it is attached to a building hosting a professional office) - available for $350. Plenty of street parking with valet parking options. L Train at the corner, 3 min walk to J,Z Train
