The Space

Photo & video studio located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The space offers a large indoor studio and 5,000 square foot outdoor rooftop area available for rental and events. Indoor space includes full kitchen, hair and makeup station, 24/7 freight access, free client parking, digital capture station, and free wifi. We also have a wide variety of equipment for rental.

 Minimum hours:  6
Full day rate is for 8/hrs. The landlord has the right, for events over 60 guests, to charge additionally for security during the hours of the event at the rate of $65 per hour. COI required. Overtime of $150/hour. Cleaning fee $75/hour. A Certificate of Insurance is required in the amount of $2million. You can get one in five minutes online for +/- $120.00 We will provide the link.
