Conveniently situated in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, we offer a 2,500 sqft creative haven, only a short distance from the G-Train. Our thoughtfully designed content studio is a source of inspiration, featuring practical amenities tailored to both creative professionals and their clients. It encompasses a dedicated hair and makeup salon, private workspaces, a fully stocked kitchenette, and generous shooting areas. The studio effortlessly transitions from a blank canvas to a versatile lifestyle setting, providing the perfect atmosphere to bring your creative vision to fruition. Each reservation includes access to equipment, high-design furnishings, stylish elements and decorative items, all complemented by an on-site manager. Please enquire for more details. INSURANCE: All photo and video productions over 10 people are required to present production insurance. Some exceptions may apply. Insurance requirements for productions under 10 people are subject to shoot details. All events, no matter the size, are required to submit event insurance 3 days prior to your booking date. Please note that pricing is based on our Standard Rates (Bookings Monday through Friday from 7AM - 7PM with under 30 guests). Any bookings that take place outside of these hours or exceed 30 guests are subject to different rates. ADD-ONs: We offer several add-ons including additional furniture, event rentals, and props for an additional cost per. Please let us know what you need and we will help make it happen! Equipment–

Every booking has an additional $150 cleaning fee separate from the rates listed. Rates provided are based off of photo / video productions and events that are under 30 people and on Monday - Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Productions and events that take place after hours (7PM - 12AM), on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), or exceed 30 persons in the space are subject to different rates.
