 LRG living rm & dining room, kitchen, bedroom or office, enclosed patio/spa with jacuzzi, and large yard. Queen size bedroom/office with shower, hallway, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. 2nd bathroom for film and crew. Note: The living room can be turned into a stunning master bedroom. We're very comfortable with film, television, video, and commercial shoots. We've designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have an actor holding area for you to use. You may borrow our film shoot floor mats, tables, and folding chairs. Lots of places to hang wardrobe. We have power on the outside of the house so you can easily light from inside and outside. Surfaces to the windows are flat ground-perfect to place light stands. We offer a free meeting or rehearsal in the space the week of your shoot. We want your shoot to go as smoothly as possible. All hardwood floors. We provide work floor mats free of charge. No overnight shoots. Wrap by 10:30pm and be off the premise by 11pm.
