We are a literary agency but also have a cabaret theater on our premises where we hold theater shows once a month. We also do filming here. It is a beautiful event space. The 4th floor library is all wood, the theater is beautiful but small. We have cabaret tables and events can have up to 100 comfortably watching a show. But...we also have a rooftop. Great views of the Hollywood Hills.

The Space
This is a cabaret style theater with an elegant feel to it. The entire 1st floor of the building is the theater, green room and bathrooms. We have parking for 65 cars too.
