Calm and quiet office space and bare walls

The space is a big bedroom on the 2nd floor with light green walls in a bi-level apartment. There's 1 parking space at back for day use, though it may not be available/shoveled soon after big snow storms. This is a super quiet neighborhood. There's only a couple cars driving on the street in front of the house every 10min or so. You may want to avoid trash pick up time for conferences though and it's usually Mondays 8am-9am, though I do not control the city's schedule.
