Casa Del Sol, Inspired by the Southwest

The home was inspired by the natural elements of the Southwest Desert. There is an open floor plan with high ceilings that allow for plenty of space during a creative project. The main area of the home has large windows with wonderful natural light (with the option of lighting control with shades/curtains). There is saltillo tile throughout the home, with natural stone in both the master and guest full bathrooms. The kitchen is an open space with natural wood open shelving throughout. A large island in the center of the kitchen with gorgeous white countertops, and light wood bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an espresso bar. The master bedroom has a large sliding glass doors and windows, allowing more natural light to play with ( additional option of blackout curtains). The master door leads to a back patio and open yard with turf. The master bathroom has natural stone flooring, with neutral, smooth plaster, built in vanities. We always love the details of the arch doorway, arch pony wall that leads into a step down shower and a large circular window with a window bench. An open living room area, furnished with a neutral modular sectional, armchair and walnut credenza/bookshelves. Use the corner reading nook with arched, built in shelving that allows for a great moment. Our dining area/ breakfast nook is furnished with a modern wood table and built in benches.
