Central (2 minutes to PCH/beaches and 5-7 minutes to either end of Malibu and 30 minutes from LAX) yet peacefully tucked away is your own private beautiful Malibu vineyard and orchard garden oasis with pool, as well as ample seating, play area, games, and cooking as well as bathroom facilities. The space is decorated with French chandeliers and lanterns from the trees, white-washed wine barrel tables, as well as multiple antique silver teapot vases. There are numerous water sources including the fountains, pond, hot tub and heated pool with infinity waterfall. Several macrame swinging chairs hang from the wooden rose lined gazebo as well as playhouse. Numerous white-washed Adirondack recliners and benches, as well as cushioned chairs with a large stone table and bar provide plenty of eating or serving spaces. There is even a further private gazebo with firepit providing a more quiet couch seating arrangement that overlooks the pool and lower garden party area. You will even find a convenient 'she-shed' nestled within the space providing a further couch as well as changing table for babies plus a toilet, sink, and mirror. There are many lawn games and a custom playground set for kids as well!
