Charming 1930's Renovated Bungalow

Come enjoy our charming renovated 1930's bungalow located in the up and coming Capitol View neighborhood! One of the most unique aspects about the home (besides the homey feel) is an in-home bar/pub in the converted attic space! Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and finally two bedrooms downstairs and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs the attic has been converted into a loft for relaxing and sleeping. It has a queen bed on one side of a partitioned wall, the other side has a high top table and chairs for sharing a glass of scotch or a beer. And not to worry, there are two window boxes for AC in the lofted area, so it stays cool during the summer! Capitol View is a historic neighborhood in Atlanta known for his beautiful craftsman bungalows mostly built in the 1930's. Another amazing quality, is that there is a cookie factory not far away, which literally makes the whole neighborhood smell like fresh baked cookies!
