The Space

Spacious bright space with a Zen/ indoor jungle vibe great fit for all types of event. Creative space for all your private occasions - Seminars, Meetings, Workshops,Celebrations and much more! Located in Mount Vernon NY, 25 minutes away from Grand Central. We are a 3 minute walk from the metro north and 10 minutes from the #2 subway line. In addition we also have free street parking. The space can accommodate up to 35 people and is ideal for all types of occasions Furniture can be moved at request,Music can be played within reason. Party add on available for rent: 32’ Rond table 43.5 bar height - w/ black cover Qty: 1 6 feet tables with black covers Qty: 4 Standard foldable chairs Qty: 25 Champagne wall Comes with delivery, custom wording & 21 flutes - All guest should clean after themselves. - No smoking permitted inside the building. - No children under 18 admitted without adult. - No Confettie or glitter - No play dough or clay - Bathrooms are shared. - Keep it clean after every use and be considerate of others. - All trash must be taken out at the end of your booking. - Please respect the property. Trash cans are located on the side of the building. - Keys must be returned to the lockbox at the end of your booking. - You will be charged for losing or failing to return the keys. - Please drink responsibly. - We do not prohibit alcoholic beverages on the premises. However, we do not accept liability for them. - Please handle fire responsibly. - We do not prohibit food burners to keep food warm or candles inside of the studio. However, we do not accept liability for them. - No use of drugs or selling alcoholic beverages allowed. - Damage to furniture or building will result in additional fees. - Failure to check out at agreed upon time will result in a LATE FEE. - Guest must vacate the premise by the agreed upon checkout time. No loitering in the hallways or in front of the building will be permitted. - Please keep in mind past 10pm the hourly rate is time & half. - No loud noises after 12am - If you have an emergency call 911 - The property is protected by a 24hr surveillance cameras in common areas and will be on during your stay. - Absolutely no touching or moving of the camera allowed under any circumstances. This will result in an immediate and non refundable cancellation of your booking. - Failure to comply with the rules above will result in additional fees.
