The Space

Available 7-days a week | Mon-Sat 7am-10pm | Sun 11am-10pm Welcome our beautiful home located in the heart of the Historic West End district of Atlanta, GA. This location is centrally accessible and only a few minutes away from Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, East Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. We're approximately 5 mins away from interstates 20/75/85, MARTA bus and train stations, and walking distance to the Westside Beltline and several parks and breweries. This unique home is a blend of old charm and contemporary elegance. It was built in 1910 and has retained 1500 sq ft of original craftsman features from original hardwood floors, doors, four originally tiled fireplaces, 10 ft ceilings, beautiful window trim details, and a private backyard. Every detail has been selected to create a warm ambiance from the gold accents to the studded furniture throughout. You will enjoy a beautiful custom kitchen with light gray cabinetry, an accented navy wall, gold hardware, a 7 ft granite top island, and upgraded LG stainless steel appliances. Our home also features a beautiful white and gold accented office space with large windows and tons of natural lighting. This is home is perfect for production, TV, film, commercials, video blogging, photoshoots, video shoots, fashion and apparel shoot, photography, cooking shows, interviews, and web series. FLOOR CARE -- Due to the age, our wood floors are susceptible to easy damage and denting. Please remove all shoes when in the home. Also please avoid dragging any equipment, furniture, bags, etc across the floors.

Due to COVID masks are required on premises at all times Per CDC guidelines, Max no. of ppl allowed indoors at the same time is 10, excess allowed outdoors Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
