The Space
Our unique, Marie Antoinette inspired studio is approximately 550sqf with 14foot ceilings and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide incredible natural light. For the last decade the space was operating as an art & photography studio for an amazing artist and a good friend of ours, Rosemary Warner, and we would love to see it continue to be utilized as a space where creativity comes alive, as we support her in moving closer to her family after her husband's premature death a couple of years ago. Our goal is to be able to preserve this beautiful corner building so it doesn't end up being knocked down and turned into another multi-unit residential building. One side of the Studio is designed with antique furniture and decor, in the spirit of the 17th century/ Baroque period, which gives a royal and luxurious feel. On the other side, there is a large clear white wall, for any clean photography/videography needs. There is also a designated area for getting ready, including a desk and a mirror with professional lighting for makeup, clothing racks and 2 double plug outlets for any hair styling tools. Other than renting out the space itself, we provide makeup services, photography services and wardrobe/styling services (costumes or designer wardrobe rentals). This space would be perfect for: -Photography/ videography of any kind (including boudoir, dogs, babies, catalog, products, film...) -Intimate painting & art classes -Intimate yoga/ meditation/ sound Healing/ fitness/ coaching or courses -Micro Weddings / any other intimate special events (We got married there ourselves, 7 years ago) -Pop-up store/ market (we are located on a busy corner with ton of car and foot traffic and have had many successful sales in the last 3 years). -We are open to hearing your creative ideas and figuring out if we can help you bring them to life in our space! The back of the studio, behind the wall, is still a work in progress, yet there is a spacious restroom a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and a coffee machine (Please note - we do not provide dishes or coffee yet you are welcome to bring your own and use our small appliances).

Cleaning: We hire a professional cleaner who follows the CDC recommended enhanced cleaning procedures to protect our guests. These include yet not limited to: - Thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectants - Providing hand sanitizer to our guests. - Providing essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. - Ventilating the space after being used and before cleaning. Hygiene: While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing: We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
