The Space
Our charming backyard is located in the heart of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. A couple of blocks away from the G and F train and a 7-minute walk from the 2, 3, 4, 5, and R train just a couple stops from Manhattan. The space is great for gatherings like birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, holiday parties... There is a charming firepit with a bench, a gas grill, space heaters, a table, and chairs for 8 people. We do have extra tables, chairs, and wonderful catering partners, please inquire. The room connecting to the backyard can be used for storage but guests are NOT allowed to gather inside. Because of the pandemic, we don't allow more than 20 people in the backyard. Smocking is permitted in the backyard only. Alcohol and music are not allowed after 8pm Guests are not allowed to gather inside

Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We are providing hand sanitizer to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, paper toilet etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used
