The Space

Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery (1,800 sq. ft) consists of three loosely divided rooms with 13' high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for presentations, art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, product showrooms, fashion events, promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $280 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $300 per hour Sat. Sun: $300 per hour - 5 hours minimum Weekly(6 days) and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: All extra fees should be directly paid to the venue. - Site rep: $130 (support at the beginning and the ending) - Cleaning fee: $130 Freight/Passenger Elevator: Mon- Fri 24 hours/day Saturday 12pm -5pm. Sunday 11am - 5pm. Off hours available at $85 per hour Passenger Elevator: Main elevator: 24/7. Sun. from 12pm Second elevator: Mon - Sat: 8am - 6:15pm Sun: Closed (available at $85 per hour) In-house rental furniture: Chairs ($1.50 each), Tables ($15 each. With bar table cloth$25 each), Coat racks ($20 each), Pedestals ($15 each), Speakers ($65 each), Microphone ($20 each), Projector ($85), Backdrop w. white or black screen ($30) Rental furniture fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made.

Please note that our daily rate includes 8 hours from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Any stay beyond the 8 hours will have an extra fee added to it of $300/hr. Saturday and Sunday $300/h from 9am to 5 pm any stay beyond the 8 hours will have an extra fee added to it of $350/hr. The guest and the venue will exchange an agreement prepared by the venue. Site rep fee(supporting beginning and ending the event) $130 and a cleaning fee of $130 should be paid directly to the venue when exchanging the agreement.
