Industrial NYC art studio/garage in the heart of Chelsea. Venue features 13 foot cielings, an industrial feel and is filled with modern and contemporary art. One of the most unique venues in the city. One bathroom downstairs and kitchen is available for service only upstairs. Venue can be accessed directly from street level and a large garage door can be opened/closed to provide the right setting for either an intimate gathering or larger cocktail party.
