The Space

Chelsea's Boutique Space Chelsea's new boutique space. We have 1,500 square feet of a beautifully designed space with a large wooden table, a large bar height marble table, WiFi, Alexa sound system, 12 chairs, 6 bar stools and 1 sofa. The space is great for natural light, and is perfect for small photoshoots, creative off site meetings and small workshops. $2,000 per day (9am - 6pm additional costs apply after these hours) $300 p/hr (9am - 5pm, minimum 2 hour booking) $450 (5pm-10pm, additional costs apply after these hours) Saturday - Sunday Rates: $450 p/hr (9am-6pm, additional costs apply after these hours) Freight Elevator Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (no additional charge), Saturday & Sunday $200 per day from 8:30am-4:30pm 12th floor | 1500 sq. feet | Meeting Space & Photo Studio | 3 Bathrooms
