The Space

Chez Lister; A stunning Mid century home and yard with fire pits, spa and bar located on the Incredible outside space, perfect for filming during Covid. Located on a tree-lined residential street, this 1947 4 bed, 3 bath home and garden located in the heart of LA's westside offers a welcome retreat and idyllic filming & photo location for any food, beverage, wellness and well being campaigns. The house boasts charming mid century features including guest house access, classic wooden hot tub, full bar and lawn. The house receives plenty of natural light, ideal for film/photo shoots, intimate private events, day-long retreats, business lunches, and much more. The space is fully furnished in a charming mid century modern style, with the option to book it as an empty space. Free parking is available along the street with full access to load in via the back alley. Power is also available outside the house for equipment, lighting and other needs. The bar and kitchen is fully stocked and available upon request. Included with the rental is one large banquet table (10-15 people), two outdoor fire pits (one by the tub and one by the bar) plus various seating options and an on-site manager throughout the event. The house also features an attic space (the snug) a VPI record player, smart TV, sonos in every room and heating/cooling for a comfortable and fun event/shoot. A freestanding digital photo booth, standing outdoor heater and HD projector for outdoor/indoor projections are available for rental at an additional fee. Within walking distance, there is a grocery store, bars and plenty of restaurants options at he corner of National and S Barrington. ** We look forward to welcoming you to Chez Lister! **

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. The bar is fully stocked as a prop only, please bring any alcohol you wish you consume for your event.The tub may be used for a shoot only, if you wish you use the tub as part of an event an additional fee of $400 will be added.The guest house is in constant use, an additional fee (TBD) may need to be added for use of the guest house as part of a shoot or green room.No access to main house during the event unless prior approval has been made.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
