The Beautii Studio - inspired by the women starting, growing, maintaining and thriving in their businesses. This studio was curated with the intent of helping women present themselves and their brands to the world in their own way. Created for Photographers, Artists, Beauty Brands, Beauty & Wellness Influencers and Brands, Lifestyle Brands Momprenuers, Moms and Moms to be - their babies and families. This is the perfect space to capture images and videos in a chic, brightly lit and intimate space. The space comes curated with three settings - living room setting great for product photography, meetings and head shots; bathroom setting, great for product photography, lifestyle and wellness shots; and full photo shoot setting with black, white, pink, yellow and mocha back drops for all lifestyle, beauty and headshots. This space is perfect for: - Pop-Up Shop - Book Signing - Beauty Class (Makeup, Hair, Wigs etc.) - Content Production (Stock Images, Social media, Cosmetic/Lifestyle brand, Influencer, Wellness, Interviews) - Fashion Shoot (Athletic, Lifestyle) - Beauty & Wellness Product Shoots - Headshots & Professional Shoots

Health & Safety Policy
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
