Our north-east-facing windows frame the east side river, offering stunning vistas of the Williamsburg Bridge. The generous daylight not only enhances the aesthetic of any project but also minimises the dependency on artificial lighting equipment, making it an ideal setting for photographers and creatives alike. Above, the mezzanine houses a cozy bedroom, a secluded nook that overlooks the vast creative space below. - Self Check-in and Check-out via lockbox. You'll receive the code upon booking. We're just a phone call away for any assistance you may need. - Please note that there is a short flight of 4 floors up to access the space.
