I'm Kate, a small business owner by day, and a passionate photoshoot host on the side :) It all began when I completed decorating my apartment, and friends started asking to use it for photoshoots and commercials for their companies. The Space

This space epitomizes chic, modern city living. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors provide beautiful, natural light throughout the day, without the harshness of morning or afternoon light. The rental includes access to the entire apartment aside from the closet. The building features an elevator and wide hallways that make for easy load-in. The apartment itself is temperature-controlled with both AC and heat (a rarity in SF that is super nice for shoots 😊). Neighborhood: Situated in the heart of the charming Hayes Valley neighborhood, the space is surrounded by colorful, classic San Francisco buildings, parks, boutique shops, and restaurants. Logistics: We provide access to one parking spot within the building. Ample street parking is also available, with some areas metered and others free. For those arriving by public transportation, the closest Bart stop is Civic Center (10 min walk), the closest Muni stop is Van Ness (10 min walk), and the nearest bus stops are Hayes & Laguna and Laguna & Hayes (0 min walk). Past Bookings: Our space has proven to be ideal for lifestyle photography and videography. Although we are new to Splacer, we have already hosted shoots for friends' companies which turned out beautifully and inspired us to share our space with others. To date, we have collaborated with a footwear brand, a major apparel brand, and a few smaller CPG brands.

Health & Safety Policy The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We are committed to providing a clean and secure environment for all our visitors. As part of our dedication to health and safety, we have implemented the following policies and measures: Cleaning and Disinfecting: - Our staff strictly follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). - Before and after each use, all hard surfaces are thoroughly disinfected, soft surfaces are vacuumed, and the entire apartment is dusted to ensure a clean and sanitary and hygienic space. - We use effective disinfectant products to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs from surfaces. Once the area is clean, we apply a disinfectant spray to further sanitize the space. - Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes are readily available for our guests to use. - Essential amenities, such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and a trash can with a foot pedal, are provided for your convenience. - The space is ventilated before and after cleaning to promote fresh air circulation. Hygiene Guidelines: We kindly request all guests to practice good hygiene during their visit to our space: - Frequent and proper handwashing is encouraged. - When coughing or sneezing, guests are asked to use their arm or sleeve to cover their mouth and nose, followed by the use of hand sanitizer. - Tissues should be disposed of immediately, and hands should be washed or sanitized afterward. If You Are Sick: For the safety of everyone, we ask guests displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or cold, to stay home and avoid visiting our space. In the event that you or any member of your team has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days and have used our facilities, please notify us immediately. Your confidentiality will be respected, but this information is crucial for contact tracing and precautionary measures. Event Services: Our vendors and partners, including those providing food and beverages and other event services, adhere to our Health & Safety Policy guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We are thrilled to welcome you to our space and are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.
