Urban Castle Vibes | 3000sq ft | 14-20ft ceilings| entire building This is an industrial warehouse space (was built as a Dairy in 1920's) which we have recently gut renovated from top to bottom. Ultra-high ceilings (14-20ft throughout), heated concrete floors, large velvet swing, gas fireplace with Italian stone surround, Balinese stone soaking tub, rain shower, marble fountain, life-size stone statue, spiral staircase, large skylights, marble counters, garden roof-deck, and many unusual pieces of decor collected from around the world. We have many interesting details throughout the space that could lend atmosphere to a film or photo shoot. High end lighting fixtures are on dimmers for ease of use. Chandelier is on winch, so height can be easily adjusted. Couches are on wheels. Very Production friendly-

Health & Safety Policy
Space is fully cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Site manager (vaccinated) and will wear an N-95 mask when summoned inside if production requests it. We are reasonable, and are willing to follow any additional safety precautions requested by production.
