The Space

I have a Classic Space with Unlimited Event Possibilities. My home features a Main Entrance and a Service Entrance next to the Garage. The driveway allows for 4 cars to park comfortably. Only the downstairs is available for Use and it Features: A Formal Living Room with A Fireplace A Den outlooking the Backyard A Large Kitchen A Room With A Wet Bar & A Fireplace For Weddings & Wedding Receptions we do have a Private Bedroom (En'Suite). A Large backyard with Pool and Spa It has a lot of extra Space to accommodate larger Celebrations Guests can also inquire about our all Inclusive Event Packages. We also have a 360 REVO-SPIN VIDEO-BOOTH for Rent on-site. We have Tables, Chairs, a Dj /Photographer /Videographer/ Bartenders etc..etc..On-Site for Additional Fees for your Convenience. Shuttle is available for larger events or later timeframes. Please inquire within for availability of Shuttle Use! NO OUTSIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ONTO OUR PROPERTY!! IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC TYPE OF TABLE, CHAIR OR PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR EVENT PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN DISCUSS THIS!! NO WEAPONS ALLOWED! NO GLASS ALLOWED ANYWHERE OUTSIDE ON OUR PROPERTY!! ****Please be sure to include set-up and break-down hours in your overall rental timeframe**** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU WILL BE USING THE POOL! OTHERWISE THE FEE WILL BE KEPT AS A SERVICE CHARGE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES! WHAT IS NEEDED TO RESERVE OUR SPACE: WE DO REQUIRE A $300 NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE PER BOOKING. WE DO REQUIRE A $250 NON- REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PER BOOKING TO HOLD YOUR DATE!!. PLEASE BE AWARE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FEES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF RESERVATION THAT THE SPACE IS BEING RESERVED FOR! DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY USE OF OUR SPACE BEGINS! THERE IS NO GLASS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ON OUR PREMISES DUE TO OUR POOL & JACUZZI. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE HOSTS & GUESTS * WE DO Provide for your Convenience* : #1- Trash Bags for every bookings clean up. #2- Dispensary Hand Soap for Kitchen & Restrooms #3- Toilet Paper #4- Broom and a Mop #5-Ash trays if there is any smoking outside WE ARE NOT AN AIR B & B ..YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING IN YOUR OWN ESSENTIALS, PAPER TOWELS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES THAT YOU NEED DURING YOUR EVENT!! * If there is anything else you the Guest may need, please feel free to ask & we will see if we are able to accommodate you.
