This space is in a converted textile factory in South Williamsburg directly off the Hewes M train. Perfect for photoshoots, music videos, experimental art, product photography, or any project in need of a Williamsburg aesthetic. Views of downtown and uptown. Along with the elevated train make for a vintage New York feel. There is a freight elevator in the building with a ramp entrance from the street. The elevator goes to the fourth floor. From there you have to walk up a small flight of stairs to get to the roof. Electricity is available on the roof upon request. Parking is easy to find with in a block of the building and you can unload directly in front of the building which is where the elevator is located.
