I am a gym owner in West LA. We actually have 2 locations. We've been open for 8 years and have hosted/rented to a variety of people. Everything from productions for photo shoots or film, private parties, shows, charity events, seminars and courses, & much more. Our space is very unique which has the very raw and authentic feel of a boxing gym, but is kept clean, tidy & functional. We're open to just about any possibilities and uses & time frame. The Space

Our space is totally unique. We normally function as a boxing gym, but have held fundraisers, had DJs and catering, hosted kids birthday parties, hosted adult birthday parties (some guys wanted to play poker while sitting in the boxing ring watching a UFC fight on TV), and have had many video shoots and photoshoots. It definitely has the feel of an old school boxing gym, but with high ceilings and a ton of natural light. We are also located about a mile from the beach.
