In the rental price private bedroom with its own bathroom is included. You have available an outdoor kitchen area with a full fridge, you will have designated space for storing your food and drinks. The outdoor shower is available for use. A 36' RV is available for rent for an additional cost for your production crew or filming as needed. The space has been previously rented for music videos, photoshoots, private events, retreats, and more.
