The Space

Designed by famous architect William Krisel, this midcentury modern desert ranch house is truly a piece of art. This 2 bedroom architectural wonder rests on 8,000 sq ft, perfectly landscaped yard with outdoor lounge, hammock, hundreds of gorgeous cacti and a backdrop of the mountains. The kitchen is all original with pegboard cabinets and the most adorable stove and oven. The modern dining room with copper chairs sets off the sleek light-drenched kitchen. The living room has two separate living areas both designed for the perfect photo shoot. One of the best things about this house is the facade! Bright orange accents, midcentury as can be, butterfly roof, is delightfully quirky inside and out. Exteriors are complimented by a cacti forest and full mountain range in back. HOURLY RATES Photo shoots (stills): Cast & Crew - 3 people or less: $150/hr 4-7 people: $175/hr 8-10 people $200/hr Additional people: Please inquire. Film shoots: Please inquire for rates. Cleaning Fee: $175 NOTE: All photo shoots have a 4 hour minimum. Shoots booked with less than 72 hours notice will be charged an additional $100 fee
