The Space

Welcome to the loft your dreams! Gorgeous corner unit with Southern and Eastern exposure that's bright and beautiful even on an overcast day. The space is designed by influencer Rachel Martino and curated for endless photo moments throughout the space. Perfect to capture many backgrounds all in one space or to host an event, offsite, meeting or party. Original loft details like exposed pipes, whitewashed brick, beautiful hardwood floors and big loft-style windows. 5 different wallpapers create lots of shooting opportunities. Colorful, fun shooting areas include: - Dried floral installation by local florist with LED pink neon sign that says "pretty as a picture" - Renovated kitchen with full-size pink SMEG fridge, white cabinets & pink cement tile - Bold pop-art NYC coffee cup wallpaper corner with blue velvet bench - 'Wonderland washroom' a whimsical bathroom with an Alice in Wonderland themed wallpaper, oversized porcelain sink with hold hardware & full length arched mirror great for photos and as a changing room - Art Deco / Gatsby inspired wallpaper with cute circle bar cart for glam / bar style photography - Beautiful, open living room with moroccan inspired rug, pink velvet sofa, teal velvet chaise & two vintage Cesca cane and brass chairs with a bone inlay moroccan coffee table - Unique pink floral wallpaper with an oversized 7' leaning vintage-inspired Anthropologie gleaming primrose mirror - Floor to ceiling fuchsia arched bookshelves filled with unique decor, props and color coordinating hardcover books - Desk/Vanity for work from home or 'getting ready' style shots - Green and pink floral grasscloth wallpaper covered closets
