The Space

Welcome to dream loft studios! Our space is a live-work loft in Brooklyn that's approximately 2,000 square feet. The decor is a colorful mix of Art Deco and eclectic with a feminine touch. Please be sure to read all rules before booking and take note of add-on costs. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. Dream Loft Rules: -This is a residence so please be extremely respectful of the space! -Freight elevator may ONLY be operated by studio manager -If anything is moved during shoot it must be reset before booking end time, we recommend taking a photo when you arrive to ensure place is the same as when you arrived. -Sound must be kept low to be respectful of neighbors -Front door must remain shut at all times -Absolutely no gear, equipment or personal items may be left in hallway or anywhere outside the apartment. -Please be aware of the overtime rules. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. -Crews over 10 will incur an additional fee of $150/h please review this policy before booking. -Equipment and props are add-ons, please inquire on pricing.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Clients must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination prior to booking and upon arrival. Space is disinfected between shoots and bookings are spaced. No shoes on any rugs and booties for shoes are provided.
