The Space
The quintessential LA bungalow with Spanish-style details, arched doorways, hardwood floors, vintage kitchen, colorful living areas, and charming garden with blooming pink bougainvillea. There is also a large deck, great for yoga or food set-up. We are perched just under the HOLLYWOOD sign and right off Beachwood Canyon. The vibe is boho, colorful and minimalist. It's an excellent aesthetic for all kinds of shoots.

Health & Safety Policy
We comply with all required Covid-19 health and safety guidelines. We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures to protect our guests. We thoroughly clean our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We ventilate the space after cleaning. We provide hand sanitizer to our guests as well as hand soap and paper towels. If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. We look forward to hosting you!
