The Space

We are close to the famous Abbot Kinney with 12 parking spots, a conference room, TV room, 3 kitchens, BBQ, huge grassy yard, basketball court, volleyball court, WIFI, lockers, music room, and 32 of our custom built pods. Rent out the conference room (10ft table with 6 chairs and a 30" TV) and share the rest of the co-living space. No one will enter the private room for the duration of your rental, but you do have access to our beautiful yard, kitchen, bathrooms etc. for the duration of the rental. Parking is first come first serve. But there is parking on the street in case we are full.

We are one block west of Abbot Kinney on Venice Blvd. This conference room is on the mezzanine level, and can be closed with the pictured barn door. We have a comfortable seating area right outside for holding in the case of castings or multiple visitors. The conference room has a 10ft table with 6 office chairs and the ability to bring up many more fold-out chairs. There is a water cooler, 2 white boards, surround sound, mini fridge, and 30" TV with HDMI input and basic television channels. Property: The conference room is privately yours for the duration of the rental but you are welcome to the shared amenities such as the TV room, lockers, 2 kitchens, parking lot (12 spaces) and our huge grassy yard with basketball court. The downstairs portion of the property is operated as a co-living space called PodShare which is very quiet and independent from this private rental. We have WIFI and a front desk to greet your guests. No air conditioning, just a fan. You are welcome to tour the space before booking, just setup the best time or date between 10am and 8pm 7 days a week.
