The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. There is a shared kitchen on the floor. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not soundproof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear the train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway.
