The Space

Thank you for viewing our listing. We would love to welcome to our creative clubhouse filled with natural elements and a peaceful environment to work. Our 1000 sq. ft industrial loft Space features high ceilings and all you need to host a table reading, small workshop, film or photo shoot or mini writing retreat. Accessible by the L, G, B32, B62 there’s many ways to access our location that is only 30 minutes from the city. The space can fit 25 guests comfortably and has access to a rooftop and freight elevator. Students receive discount on the day rate (full 12 hour day). Please ask us if you have any specific requirements or questions and we will try our best to accommodate. Please confirm your equipment package and weight to arrange access to freight elevator.
