The Space

House is great for film and photo shoots, 1800 sq. ft.. On a quiet residential street in a HPOZ neighborhood, amidst a hamlet of well kept early 20th century homes, easy street parking with film friendly neighbors. Back yard and converted garage great for green room and client area. 3 br, 2 baths, den, retro kitchen appliances. Bright color scheme. Great landscaping on a photogenic street and neighborhood, Centrally located Jefferson Park, West Adams area minutes from downtown. Featured in the August 1909 edition of the Craftsman; again in the spring 2003 issue of American Bungalow, original details endure, enriched by several system upgrades. We are easy going, flexible and have lots of experience as film location hosts. Production company must provide additional insurance and valid permits. Over 30 people to be negotiated Please feel free to scout the location prior to your shoot. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, crews are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Crew must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that the departments tidy up after themselves. Company must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and should factor this setup and teardown time in their booking hours. Parking is usually available in front of the house or driveway. Posting is recommended to secure more space. We recommend securing crew parking in nearby church lots or scatterpark for crew at least 300ft from location. There is a cleaning fee of $200 for productions with more than 15 crew.
