The Space

About the Location: Newly renovated, well-lit building with creative glass offices perfect for your next filming location! This 8572 sqft building is located near Culver City. The office includes 5 executive offices, a conference room, an open warehouse with a skylight, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a break room, and an open office area. The office is located near the 1-10 and 10 min walk from the Expo/Crenshaw Metro Station. The office space is actually used on a regular 9-5 basis for one company, so it's perfect for anyone who needs to shoot in an environment that already has desktop computers, office supplies, some clutter, personal employee flare, etc! Pricing Details: - Splacer (by default) sets pricing to our Weekend Rates. - Weekend filming strongly preferred. - Rates outlined below. Weekend rates (6 hr min.): $150/hr base (varies on crew size) Weekday Rate (12 hr min.) Monday-Friday: $250/hr base *Note: A site rep is required only for all weekday productions. Weekday evening rates (6:00 PM-6:00 AM; 6hr min) $150/hr base For large productions, Crew Parking Lot Rental available 6 blocks / 0.5 miles from office. --------------- We are a fully functional corporate space and the office is in regular use Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Work day filming is an option! Just requires collaboration. After receiving your message or booking inquiry, we'll discuss details and needs - like weekday vs weekend, the type of production/event, the portion of the building required, crew/guest size, time frame, etc. and ultimately open to making a custom rate that makes sense for your project. So rates may deviate from the above rates. Reach out and let's set up a location scout! Can tour anytime with us between Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Please note, renting this space is part of our 9-5pm job, Mon-Fri, so any weekend inquiries will be replied to on the next business day!
