The Space

The kitchen is spacious and bright, with dimmable recessed lighting. The countertops and island are made of durable quartz and provide ample space for food preparation and plating. The kitchen is also equipped with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, including a range, convection oven with air fryer capabilities, refrigerator, sub-zero freezer, and convection microwave. For the cooking enthusiast, we offer a wide range of add-ons. Starting with the highly acclaimed HexClad cookware, Wolf Gourmet small kitchen appliances, Steelmade Flat Top Hibachi Grill, and the toxin-free Caraway bakeware. This Studio Kitchen is Chef's dream. For those interested in food blogging or photography, we offer backdrops, a Lume Cube Cordless Ring Light Pro, and The Replica Studio to help you capture the perfect shot. Overall, our kitchen is the perfect space for anyone interested in cooking, entertaining, or food blogging. We can't wait to share our space with you! All Hourly packages require a 4-hour booking minimum Hourly Basic Package: Access to basic kitchen equipment - Stove Fridge, freezer, microwave. Tv, fireplace, Wi-Fi included Hourly rate: $275 Hourly Mid-Tier Package: Access to more advanced kitchen equipment and amenities - Stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware. Tv, fireplace, Wi-Fi included. Hourly rate: $325 Hourly Premium Package: Access to all kitchen equipment and amenities - Stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, small kitchen appliances, table & chairs seating up to 12, Nespresso, Bartesian. Tv, fireplace, Wi-Fi included. Hourly rate: $375

The safety and well-being of our clients and staff is of utmost importance. We are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for everyone using our rental kitchen facilities. To ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we have implemented the following policies: Cleanliness and Sanitation: Our rental kitchen will undergo regular cleaning and sanitization to maintain a clean and hygienic space. High-touch surfaces, equipment, utensils, and common areas will be cleaned and disinfected frequently using approved sanitizing products. We will follow proper food safety protocols to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients. Personal Hygiene: All individuals entering the rental kitchen must practice good personal hygiene. Handwashing facilities with soap and water will be readily available, and clients and staff are encouraged to wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer will be available for convenient use. Equipment and Facilities: Clients are responsible for using the equipment and facilities in a safe manner and following the provided instructions. Any damages or malfunctions must be reported immediately to our staff to ensure prompt resolution. Compliance with Regulations: We strictly adhere to all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations. We will continuously monitor and update our policies to align with the latest guidelines and recommendations provided by local health authorities. Client Responsibilities: Clients using our rental kitchen are expected to comply with all safety and health policies and regulations. Clients should inform us of any specific health or safety concerns they may have, or if they notice any potential hazards within the rental kitchen. By following these policies, we can maintain a safe environment for all users of our rental kitchen. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in our facility.
